Rate set until November 2023
Isle of Man Bank has launched the Island's first sub one per cent fixed rate mortgage.
The interest rate is set at 0.99 per cent until November 2023.
It's available to borrowers with a 40 per cent deposit.
The bank says it recognises the last 18 months have been 'incredibly tough' for customers and it wants to provide some 'financial certainty' for the coming years.
