The technical problems affecting NatWest branches around the UK is also hitting Manx branches and branches in the Channel Islands.
Although customers are able to withdraw cash, an up to date figure for the balance won't appear.
In fact, the balance may well appear as zero.
This is affecting RBS, Natwest and Ulster Bank customers.
The bank says it is doing all it can to solve the problem.
