Barclays has announced its chosen charity for the next year will be Crossroads Care.
Each year, staff at the company choose a good cause to raise funds for – last year a total of £46,000 was raised for Hospice Isle of Man.
The firm also matches the fundraising efforts of its employees, effectively doubling the cash raised.
Chair of the Barclays charity committee Stuart Nelson says there are also allowances for people who are volunteering their time for worthwhile causes.
