
Andrew Burns has been appointed company secretary at Barclays Private Clients International Limited.
Hes Manx-born and was educated at King William’s College and the University of Liverpool, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds an MBA in international business.
He has 20 years’ experience in offshore finance having been engaged in company secretary roles in corporate and trust service provider organisations, the funds industry and life assurance as well as in private practice.
