Digital Eagles swoop in to host awareness events
This week, the Island has been taking part in National Customer Service week.
Barclays bank has hosted a range of activities for customers, including a Fraud and Cyber Security Awareness Open Day, a coffee shop in branch to encourage digital awareness, and increased one to one assistance with clients' banking needs - both business and personal.
The annual customer service week initiative is designed to highlight the importance of customer service to the growth of the economy and to the sustaining of good business practice.
Barclays encourages anyone with questions about cyber security, particularly in relation to personal and business finances, to get in touch with the company's 'Digital Eagles'.
