A Douglas-based financial planning practice has won two prestigious awards at a presentation evening held by one of the industry's professional bodies.
Sue Blythe of Blythe Financial was presented with the Educational Award at the Insurance and Financial Services Institute annual dinner.
It recognises her achievement in gaining Chartered Financial Planner status and becoming the Island's first Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
The firm says it demonstrates commitment to qualifications which are well above regulators' minimum requirements.
The company was also awarded the title Corporate Chartered Financial Planner, which recognises ongoing education of staff and adherence to a strict Code of Ethics. Fewer than 400 firms in the British Isles have that status.
