Manx-based financial consultants Boal & Co have launched a new trust-based group pension product.
Rewards is being marketed as a 'comprehensive and modern pensions vehicle', aimed at Isle of Man employers seeking to enhance employee benefit packages.
It offers access to 6,000 investment funds from 200 different investment managers.
Employers, staff and advisors will have interactive access to scheme information and up to date valuations on their pension funds which, according to Boal, will reduce the workload of HR departments.
The firm says it has developed the new corporate pension scheme following feedback from some of the Island's large financial advisers.
MBL Financial and Edgewater Associates have so far welcomed the scheme.
