Ninety-four per cent of responding businesses said they found this year's Locate Isle of Man Graduate Fair worth attending
Almost half reported they'd generated positive leads during the event which took place in April.
Just over sixty companies were involved with the aim of attracting graduates back to the Isle of Man while also keeping students currently on Island to help fill skills gaps in the local community.
Utmost Wealth, who were recruiting for a number of graduate roles at the Fair, reported that over 10% of their June hires comprised of local and returning Isle of Man graduates, as a direct result of the event.
