Allinson says 'visionary work' has already been done
Businesses need to be shown the 'vision' behind plans for an Airport Technology Gateway to encourage them to be part of it.
That's according to the now former enterprise minister who has disputed claims that the project has been left to 'flounder'.
Planning permission for the development, near Ronaldsway Airport, has been granted and enabling work will start in July - that will involve putting in landscaping, roads, footpaths and drainage.
