Advocate sworn in by First Deemster
A corporate trainee at a local law firm has been called to the Manx Bar.
George Walmsley, who works for Cains, passed his exams at the first attempt in May last year.
He was sworn in as an Isle of Man advocate by First Deemster Corlett at a formal ceremony, having previously graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Law and Politics at the University of Lancaster followed by legal training at the BPP University Law School in Liverpool.
