Social media training aims to give charities more exposure
A group of charities are having their online presence boosted, with the help of a local business.
Celton Manx has been providing social media workshops to a variety of charitable organisations including Autism in Mann, Pisces Swimming Club and Southern Community Initiatives.
The digital media training was hosted by Celton Manx IT Manager Martin Moore.
Helaina Crawford from Leonard Cheshire Disability Isle of Man says the workshop has helped her understand how to engage with the community confidently via Facebook, in order to recruit more volunteers, and enhance exposure for the charity.
