Vice Chair of Scottish Fairtrade to give keynote speech
The Manx Co-Operative Society is supporting the One World Centre's fourth annual Primary School Fairtrade Conference.
It sees children from 17 schools around the Island gather at the Legislative Buildings in Douglas to learn about the impact fairtrade has on local communities.
This year's keynote speaker is Vice Chair of the Scottish Fairtrade Forum Robin Stewart - who is also a board member of the Manx Co-Operative Society.
The event - which has received an award from the Fairtrade Foundation for its educational impact - takes place on Thursday (Jan 28).
