Consultation closes on 9 July
Concerns have been raised that the Financial Services Authority could limit the grounds for appealing its decisions.
The regulator is consulting on changes which aim to 'clarify' rules for challenging it at a tribunal.
Francesca Signorio-Hooper, from Rowany Solutions, says the proposal will take away the ability to appeal 'discretion'.
