Department's gold IIP status renewed
The Department of Economic Development has maintained its Investors in People Gold status.
The announcement comes after a recent assessment of the department, which scored higher than the previous review in 2013.
The accreditation recognises employee development, and can help organisations improve worker and customer satisfaction as well as lead to greater efficiency.
Departmental member Alf Cannan says the award is a significant achievement, showing improvement in performance over the past two years.
