An event at the Hilton Hotel saw 70 delegates hear from Sheffield-base trainer John Colman about Psycho-Geometrics.
The technique assigns shapes to people and teaches them to change shape in order to avoid or deal with conflict.
Shelley Parkinson, Business Development Manager for ILM North West, said the annual event was informative as well as fun and the delegates came away with new perspectives on conflict management.
