
There has been a luke-warm response from a representative of the disabled community to new government guidelines, designed to help people with disabilities get work.
Disability Awareness Trainer Kathryn Williams is less than impressed with the publication, and is critical of employers for not looking at people such as herself as potential members of staff.
She is suggesting guidelines aren't enough:
