Promenade bed and breakfast up for grabs
A central Douglas hotel is up for grabs to the tune of nearly £2 million.
Trevelyan based along the promenade has 67 rooms and offers bed and breakfast.
The business is for sale as the current owner is set to retire.
The hotel generates an annual turnover of about £250,000 with about 60 per cent gross profit.
