An Island-based company's acquisition has been named a 'Deal of the Year' by industry analysts.
Judges from Finance Monthly lauded Equiom, which has offices in Douglas, for its buyout of Emirati setup consultancy Links Group.
The Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Qatar partnership was sold in September 2016 for an undisclosed amount.
Equiom Global CEO Sheila Dean called it a 'well-deserved accolade' for a deal which has already benefited both parties.
Acquiring Links proved to be Equiom's fourteenth successful bid of its kind in four years.
