Fiduciary firm broadens choice for clients
Fiduciary services firm Estera, which has an office in the Isle of Man, has added Luxembourg to the list of jurisdictions it has a presence in, following a company acquisition.
Estera (Luxembourg) will be led by two former managing directors of Headstart, Christophe Gaul and Manuel Mouget, which was bought-out earlier this year.
The new business will provide specialist corporate and trust services to a client base including private equity and real estate firms, and high net worth individuals.
Estera CEO Farrah Ballands has described Luxembourg as one of the world's most important jurisdictions for funds and corporate services, and says the firm's expansion there will broaden the choice it offers to clients.
