Fairbairn Bank is helping Crosby Cricket Club to open the season with a new demon bowler who will help perfect the squad's batting skills.
Renewed sponsorship from the bank has helped the club buy a new bowling machine capable of delivering anything from 95 mph bouncers to subtle spin bowling.
The machine will be an ideal coaching tool as it can bowl whatever delivery the batsman wants to practice against and is also versatile enough to be used for practicing fielding and wicket-keeping skills.
Senior marketing executive at Fairbairn Private Bank, Cathy Cowin, says they're delighted to renew the sponsorship of Crosby Cricket Club for another year and hope the new bowling machine will set the team up for a successful season ahead.
