The ILS Group has marked two decades of bespoke tax planning for clients worldwide, from its headquarters in Douglas.
It began as a small family stationery firm making company seals, which took the leap into company formation and administration.
The ILS Group was a small-scale corporate service provider before the industry blossomed, but now has offices in China, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Switzerland and Uruguay, dealing with issues ranging from film production and intellectual property to yachting, aviation and eGaming support.
Chief executive officer Chris Eaton has been with the company since its inception.
