
Island law firm Cains has been awarded a top ranking in the latest edition of the legal practitioners' guide, Chambers UK.
The firm is described as a 'well-regarded adviser on a wide range of corporate and finance activities' and its entry in the Band 1 section of the 2015 guide includes positive comments from Cains' clients and other lawyers.
Recent corporate work handled by Cains and cited in the guide includes advice given to the Bank of Ireland on the restructuring of debts owed by BWG, and to Santander.
The firm's clients include Lamprell, Aviva and Tullow Oil.
