Staff at a Douglas-based communications firm have been given a major 'pat on the back' with a free holiday to Iceland.
Plan.com bosses said they wanted to reward all employees for their help in accelerating growth through the first half of 2017, which saw the expansion of its sales team and a move to new premises.
The unusual Christmas party is heading out to Reykjavik in January next year to experience the beauty of the Northern Lights and more.
