Flight support, the ground handling company which operates at Ronaldsway Airport, has been bought by Menzies Aviation.
Airbase Holdings sold the company for £4.75 million, with another £500,000 payable over the next two years.
Menzies Aviation says the move means it’ll now operate at Aberdeen, Isle of Man and Guernsey airports.
The deal will also mean closer relationships with Flybe, easyJet, Loganair and Aer Arran as well as new clients CityJet and Blue Island.
