Authority says consumer protection remains a key priority
Fraudsters around the world may try and prey on residents and businesses amid the current cost of living crisis.
That's according to the Island's Financial Services Authority which says this isn't exclusively a threat to the Island but is an increasing global issue.
One of the FSA's key focuses going forward is on innovation and sustainability to be an effective regulator of the industry.
Its chief executive officer, Bettina Roth, says consumer protection will always form a key part of their efforts:
Island businesses invited to FSA events
Government support for two 'long-stalled' Douglas developments
Drop-in for Manx charites that operate internationally
