Fears over 1,000 job cuts
Mass redundancies at private security firm G4S will not affect Manx employees.
There are fears for more than 1,000 jobs at the organisation in the UK, according to the GMB union, following a 'restructuring' process.
It says the news is "devastating for [its] members and their families".
However, G4S Isle of Man has confirmed the announcement relates to UK cash operations, and does not impact the Manx business, its operations or its staff.
