Derek Vaz, who joined the company in January as Deputy Chief Financial Officer steps up to the Global CFO role, responsible for IT and change projects as well as data governance.
He has 20 years experience in the financial services industry, with Lloyds Banking Group and KPMG.
Jeremy Evans, an Equiom employee since 2008, takes on the new role of Global Head of M&A and Organic Growth.
He will oversee the group's acquisition and integration activity, with a brief to manage 'organic growth' teams in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
