Specialists on will, trust and commercial disputes
Litigation firm Gough Law has announced the appointment of two of its senior associate advocates, Andrew Marshall and Chiva Arthurs, as directors.
Andrew has been with the law firm and its predecessor Gough Advocates since 2008, dealing with a broad range of commercial and civil litigation. He specialises in will, trust and property disputes and has extensive experience in contractual disputes.
Chiva Arthurs came to Gough Law from an in-house position in e-Gaming and has relished her return to private practice as a lead litigator. She obtained her early litigation experience at Keenan's and is highly regarded for her analytical skills and easy grasp of complex issues. She specialises in commercial disputes.
Founder of Gough Law, Alan Gough, says he's delighted to announce the two promotions and is looking forward to working with Andrew and Chiva in developing the practice further.
