Three year sponsorship for Isle of Play
Hartford Homes has stepped up to help children on the Isle of Man continue to play outside.
The property developer has confirmed a three year sponsorship deal with the charity Isle of Play.
It means the popular Playing Out scheme – which is a year-round mobile service – will continue.
Since it started in 2018 Isle of Play has worked with nearly 7,000 local families and helped fire up the imaginations of more than 14,000 children.
Hartford Homes architect George Li says: “As a local builder families are at the heart of everything we do so we’re well aware of the positive impact that schemes such as Playing Out have on the lives and development of children.”
The charity says without the financial support there was a ‘very real chance’ the scheme would have been unable to continue.
