Helen Gough of Gough Advocates has been made an associate after she was admitted to the Manx Bar.
And the name is no coincidence, as she is the daughter of the law firm's founding partner Alan Gough.
Helen was educated at King William's College and studied Law with the Open University before attending the College of Law in Chester.
