Directors cite ongoing effects of the pandemic
An Island brewery has announced its closing its doors for the final time.
In a post on social media, the Hooded Ram Brewery in Douglas announced it won't be opening in the foreseeable future.
Directors say the decision is a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and the further impact it could have on customer sales.
The brewery shut temporarily in March during the coronavius lockdown and had planned to run a take-away service.
Master brewer Dr Mike Cowbourne took to Twitter to share the news.
