Car park will be open to motorists during the annual festival
Hooded Ram won't be licence holders of the Bottleneck Car Park during TT 2020.
The local brewery has stated the decision has been reached due to factors outside its control.
The car park will therefore remain open to motorists as usual throughout the TT fortnight.
Douglas Council will consider other options for the site for future race events.
