That view from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Isle of Man - which has been showcasing career opportunities during a recent visit by the ICSA's Head of Members and Students Theresa Minnie.
Company secretaries ensure the proper governance of a firm, overseeing legal matters, compliance issues and what it calls 'good boardroom behaviour'.
