A call is going out to local firms who would like a stand at the Isle of Man Employment and Skills Fair this autumn.
In the past, the fair has focused on helping secondary school students make career choices, and around 1,000 pupils are expected to attend.
But this year there will be a greater emphasis on recrutiment, and helping those no longer at school or in training to find jobs.
Companies who want to get involved have until August 20 to apply for a place.
