Two Junior Achievement courses to provide life skills for pupils
An insurance firm's charitable foundation is funding two school programmes designed to teach life skills to pupils at the Island's schools.
Junior Achievement Isle of Man's Learn to Earn project is aimed at year nine pupils, and aims to provide financial awareness.
The Our World programme for those in the last year of primary school sees youngsters look at the effect of global supply and demand, as well as the sustainability of the world's resources.
Both are being funded for the next two years by Zurich International's Z Zurich Foundation.
Around 1,500 students will take part in the two courses each year.
