Capital nurtures internal talent
Two Capital International Group staff have been promoted to managerial positions with their departments.
Olivia Ramsey, who has been with the firm for six years, climbs the ladder in the operations division, after impressing in a customer service role. Last year she completed professional leadership and management qualifications.
Her colleague Tamsin Webb takes the helm in the firm's compliance service. She recently played a key role in a review of regulatory practice within the company, providing external auditors with evidence and analysis.
The firm says the promotions recognise the pair's hard work, commitment and willingness to take on extra responsibilities.
