New business generated by the London property boom is driving expansion at Isle of Man fiduciary firm IQE.
IQE Real Esate Ltd has been launched to handle increased activity in UK and European property markets by the firm's international corporate and private clients.
The specialist CSP venture will offer company structures, management and administration services to real estate firms, which have recently included a global developer involved in the construction of London's tallest residential block, the iconic Strata SE1 building.
IQE Real Estate Ltd has appointed two new directors, chartered surveyor and founding partner of the Chancerygate property group Richard Melhuish joins the firm while Steve McCafferty, associate director of IQE is internally promoted.
