The Welsh Assembly says it's worried about £2.3 million in rent it's paying to an Isle of Man company – because it can't find out who the real owner is.
Crick Properties, based in Victoria Road in Douglas, is putting up the rent for the Ty Hywel building in Cardiff Bay by 30 per cent.
But senior assembly member Darren Millar is concerned about what he calls 'very muddy' arrangements, adding they should be more transparent if public money is being spent.
Mr Millar, who is chairman of the assembly's Public Accounts Committee, says the people of Wales deserve to know who owns the building.
