Around 2,500 attend international conference in Spain
Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch has showcased its research, into a dolphin species rarely studied across most parts of the globe, at an international conference in Barcelona.
The World Marine Mammal Conference was attended by 2,500 delegates from 95 countries.
Research at the Manx organisation is primarily focussed on the elusive Risso's dolphin - apparently more of them are recorded each summer around our the Manx coastline than across the whole of the rest of the British Isles and Ireland.
