Ramsey-based Integrated Capabilities has opened a new branch in Malta.
The corporate and trust service provider's Maltese office is staffed by Sharon Collier in the Maltese capital Valletta.
Integrated Capabilities' director Kevin Perks says Malta offers favourable conditions for the marine industry and brings its own advantages being part of the European Union.
Later this year, the company will relocate its Ramsey operation from Peel Street to a new purpose-built office on West Quay.
