JTC helps restore Peel Castle as part of global commitment

Volunteers take on work at historic site

A global professional services business on the Isle of Man has partnered with Manx National Heritage to 'give back' to the local community.

Volunteers from JTC – which specialises in fund, corporate and private client services – have helped paint the cannons at Peel Castle.

It's part of its 'Responsible Together' commitment and is the second year the business has lent its support to Manx culture and heritage.

MNH properties manager Shaun Murphy says: "It is incredibly important for our organisation to have strong corporate partnerships with firms such as JTC Group because it's not just strictly about monetary donations but also about volunteers getting hands-on experience while preserving Isle of Man culture and heritage."
