Kestrel Insurance has appointed Lisa Haworth to the role of Human Resources and Compliance Manager.
Chairman of the Island Company, Alan Burrows, says her move to Kestrel is a fundamental one for the company's proposed expansion plans.
Overseeing and managing all HR and Compliance work for Kestrel’s five branches and also its administration department, Lisa’s HR and Compliance department will become an integral part of the business.
Lisa previously worked for the Ronaldsway Aircraft Company where she held a Senior HR position for seven and a half years.
