Lloyds TSB is to make donations of £5,000 to two deserving Island charities as part of its sponsorship of the Olympic torch relay.
As national presenting partner for the event, the bank has promised opportunities for as many people as possible, in the communities it serves, to get involved with the Olympic flame.
The torch arrives in the Isle of Man on Saturday, June 2, the 15th day of its tour around the UK.
Island residents are invited to vote for one of four community projects that inspire and support local youngsters.
In the running are Special Olympics Isle of Man, The Children's Centre, Crossroads Carers and DASH, the Drug Advice Service and Helpline.
Lucy Felton is Business Development Manager at Lloyds TSB:
The two projects gaining the most votes will each be awarded £5,000 from the Lloyds Banking Group Community Fund.
Voting is already under way at www.lloydsbankinggroupcommunities.com/community fund.
The vote closes on September 9, 2012 and the winner will be announced in October.
