MAC Group gives employees access to mental health support
Employees are benefiting from new steps taken by a local company to fight the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace.
MAC Group is the first business in the Isle of Man to provide its staff with access to Mente - an online portal designed to help ensure work-based mental wellbeing.
Stress is one of the highest contributors to poor mental health in the workplace.
