The Sefton hotel has announced it will be able to offer nine new luxury suites in time for this year's TT.
Chief operating officer Mark Lewin says they are part of an ongoing multi-million pound investment programme.
The suites are an average of 900 square feet, which the company claims is larger than a typical single bedroom flat.
They feature panoramic bay windows, wet areas with deluge showers, Jacuzzi spas and integrated TVs, as well as Bang and Olufsen AV equipment, wifi access, mood lighting and secure video entry systems.
It will be eight to ten weeks before they are finished, but Mr Lewin says the Sefton is already taking bookings from corporate clients for visitors.
