Isle of Man eGaming software developer Playtech is buying London-based Ash Gaming for £23 million.
Last month, Playtech raised around £100 million in a share placement which it said would fund future acquisitions and joint ventures.
Ash Gaming develops game content for online betting and gambling operators, and said combining platform and game development would greatly benefit the firm.
Playtech's chief executive officer Mor Weizer says Ash has a reputation for innovative content, along with a growing presence in the United Kingdom and further afield.
