New recruit has 25 years of banking experience
HSBC has bolstered its senior team in the Isle of Man with the appointment of Jaime Amoedo as head of corporate and commercial banking.
Based in Douglas, he will also take on responsibility for HSBC’s overall presence in the Isle of Man.
Mr Amoedo will oversee the bank’s business activities here, represent it in various corporate and regulatory forums, and lead its numerous initiatives with local organisations.
HSBC says he has 25 years' experience in the international banking industry, half of that within HSBC in three different major European markets – Spain, Turkey and Italy.
