Baked product has led to huge profits increase for UK chain
Manx retailer EVF will launch a vegan sausage roll in a number of its stores later this week.
The company, which has stores across the Island, made the announcement on social media, confirming the product will be baked fresh in store.
The Kirk Michael branch will be the first to try it, with several others also preparing to sell the item.
It comes after UK chain Greggs introduced a similar vegan sausage roll earlier this year, which has been credited for the firm's huge upturn in profits.
