Company apologises and issues reimbursments
Manx Utilities says around 3,000 people were affected by an error earlier this week which saw direct debit payments taken a day early.
The company says it quickly took to address the issue after the error was identified.
Since Monday it's issued around a dozen reinbursments to customers who required support.
It has also written letters to those affected, to apologise directly, and to offer further guidance should it be needed.
A support team can be reached on 687675.
