Roger Smith discusses 'British Alliance of Watch and Clock Makers'
A Manx watchmaker is hoping to lead a watchmaking renaissance in the British Isles.
Roger Smith, of Roger W Smith Watches, based in Ramsey, is one of the driving forces behind the British Alliance of Watch and Clock Makers.
The newly-founded body has commissioned KPMG to undertake a Bellweather Report.
He says, as well as offering those in the trade an insight into the world of horology, it aims to revive a once-thriving sector:
